We can setup or repair practically any Windows, Apple, or Linux desktop or laptop computer, regardless of the version/distribution of the operating system or how old the hardware may be--if everything is in working condition, we can fix it. If there's a hardware failure involved, however, there will be an additional charge for the cost of the faulty part. Some parts are more costly than others (chipsets, processors, etc) and we may be unable to source parts for particularly outdated hardware, but if we can find them, we can fix the machine. We can also help you recycle old computers and build a new desktop to your exact specifications--from the case right down to the memory--if you'd rather do that than any invest money in a slower, older machine.

Computer Repair

Is your computer dead? Did it happen suddenly through no fault of your own (no potential downloads that could be viruses, no suspicious websites and no strange new programs installed)? Did it just shut down suddenly? Maybe you turned it off and now it just won't come back on? If so, then it's very likely this is the service for you. Sometimes the problem is software related (virus or malware) and sometime it's hardware related, which is why the price for both services is the same. Either way, we will diagnose the problem(s), repair them right away if there are no prohibitive hardware failures (or after we source the parts if there are) and get your computer back up and running. If you have a Virus and Spyware problem, as well, the cost of that service is reduced to $100 for the Repair or $200 for the Repair w/ Protection.

Diagnose 1 computer.
Repair hardware issues (memory, processors, chipsets, video/audio/network cards, etc.).
Repair any operating system issues (boot issues, blue screens, etc.).
Apply proprietary tweaks, modifications and all official operating system critical updates.
Perform Computer Optimization.
Test operating system for proper functionality.
