DEVICE SETUP AND REPAIR

Blackberries, iPhones and various other smart phones can be a real pain to configure--not to mention the new HDTVs (high definition televisions), DVRs (digital video recorders, TiVo for example), VoIP/Skype (voice & video over the internet) phones, video gaming systems (Wii, PS3, Xbox360, etc), stereos, receivers, and surround sound home theater systems. Fortunately, we've set up all of the above and we're also able to sort out any problems unrelated to hardware failures, which unfortunately would require service from the manufacturer, except for the "Red Ring of Death" failure on the Microsoft Xbox 360 which we have repaired successfully several times with the systems working just like new--no towel tricks involved! In fact, if it's an electronic device, chances are we've worked in the past because we do our damndest to stay on the cutting edge of technology. We can set up and configure whatever your device exactly how you want it: fast, so that you can spend less time puzzling over your gadgets and more time using them.

Phone Setup/Repair

Doesn't matter if you have a Blackberry, iPhone or a Nokia, we'd be happy to navigate you through their interfaces in order to get your e-mail, maps, camera, recorder and laptop internet tethering set up to make your life easier, no matter where you happen to find yourself.

Configure e-mail accounts to your specifications.
Set Home location for your address on native map application.
Setup or repair laptop internet tethering, if available on your model.

DVR Setup/Repair

Never be forced to watch commercials or miss another television show again, thanks to DVRs (Digital Video Recorders) you can schedule your favorite shows to be recorded weekly (without commercials, too, depending on your DVR), then play them back whenever you get a chance and have them automatically shared on your network once they finish recording. You can do all this and more--if you can get past the interface, however, and if you can't, just give us a call and we'll take care of it for you.

HDTV and/or Surround Sound Setup/Repair

If only the ultimate in entertainment wasn't also the ultimate in installation headaches, fortunately we can help you get set up in no time. We have experience setting up various popular HDTVs from major manufacturers such Samsung, Panasonic, Sony, Mitsubishi, Vizio and Sceptre, as well as 5.1, 6.1 and 7.1-channel surround sound systems by companies such as Denon, Sony, Onyko, Panasonic, and Yamaha.
